Frequently asked questions

Which calendars does Daysmith show?

Every calendar your iPhone already syncs — iCloud, Google, Outlook/Exchange, Yahoo and other CalDAV or subscribed calendars. Add accounts in iPhone Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts, then choose which calendars to show in Daysmith → Settings → Calendar.

How do I add a task quickly?

Tap the bar above the tabs and type naturally, e.g. Call Sam tomorrow 3pm 20m !1 #Work. You can also use the widgets, Control Center, or Siri: “Add a task in Daysmith”.

How does “Plan my day” work?

It walks you through yesterday's leftovers, a brain dump, your top three and time estimates, then fits everything into the free time between your calendar events. Anything you give a specific time (“dentist at 3pm”) stays fixed at that time.

Restore or manage my purchase

Open Settings → Upgrade to Daysmith Pro → Restore purchases. To cancel a subscription: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Daysmith. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your iPhone. There's no account and nothing is sent to a server. You can export or delete everything in Settings → Data. See the Privacy Policy.

Why don't I see Apple Intelligence features?

They're part of Daysmith Pro and need an iPhone and region where Apple Intelligence is available and turned on. Without it, Daysmith uses its built-in planner, which works everywhere.
